摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an electrode terminal connector capable of performing from the formation of a mounting hole to the bonding of a metal member in a short time while suppressing growth of an oxide film, and capable of obtaining a sufficient bonding strength between dissimilar metals.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing an electrode terminal connector includes a step for forming a mounting hole 15 by pressing a first plate material 14 formed of the same metal as that of a positive electrode terminal 11, a step for forming a metal member 17 having a diameter larger than that of the mounting hole 15 by pressing a second plate formed of the same metal as that of a negative terminal 12, where the metal member 17 includes an intervening layer 16 having an ionization tendency between the ionization tendency of a metal forming the first plate material 14 and the ionization tendency of a metal forming the second plate material, and a step for press fitting the metal member 17 in the mounting hole 15 and bonding the first plate material 14 and the metal member 17 with the intervening layer 16 as a boundary. These steps are performed continuously by a press device.</p>
