<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation panel of a passenger conveyor which improves the safety during the button operation and facilitates the recovery operation after the button operation.SOLUTION: An operation panel of a passenger conveyor comprises: a panel 21 attached to a passenger conveyor and provided with a through hole 25; a push-in type switch 28 provided at the inner side of the through hole 25; a cylindrical protector 29 which is erected from a peripheral part of the through hole 25; a plate like cover 37 which covers an opening 29b of the protector 29 and may elastically deform; and a cap 31 which is detachably fixed to the outer side of the protector 29. The cap 31 includes a facing surface 34 which faces an end surface 29a of the protector 29 forming a space W between itself and the end surface 29a. An annular groove 35 is formed between the end surface 29a of the protector 29 and the facing surface 34 of the cap 31. The cover 37 is held by the annular groove 35 in a manner that the cover 37 faces the switch 28 forming a space D between itself and the switch 28. The cover 37 curves to operate the switch 28 when being pushed.</p> |
