<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel and an optical instrument using the lens barrel in which a fixed barrel thereof made of a material having electrical conductivity is fitted with detection sensors without increasing an outer diameter of the lens barrel.SOLUTION: An insertion portion for a detection sensor provided on a fixed barrel having electrical conductivity is larger than an external shape including soldering parts for mounting the detection sensor on a flexible printed circuit board. Position restricting portions for the detection sensor are provided on an inner circumferential surface of the insertion portion, and rotation restricting means for the flexible printed circuit board are provided on the fixed barrel.</p> |
