摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation imaging apparatus capable of preventing a fluorescent body of a scintillator from floating over a sensor substrate and improving the sharpness of a radiation image.SOLUTION: A radiation imaging apparatus comprises a sensor panel SP that includes: a sensor substrate 4 on which a plurality of radiation detection elements 7 are disposed and a flattening layer 21 covering the radiation detection elements 7 is formed; a scintillator substrate 34 on which a scintillator 3 for converting radiation into light is formed and located in such a state that the scintillator 3 faces the radiation detection elements 7; and an adhesive 33 that is located on areas around the radiation detection elements 7 and the scintillator 3 and bonds the sensor substrate 4 to the scintillator substrate 34. An internal pressure in an inner space C of the sensor panel SP is reduced in such a manner that the internal pressure is lower than the atmospheric pressure. The scintillator substrate 34 is a glass substrate the thickness of which is 0.1-0.4 mm.</p>
