<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate gripping of a reel body at the time of palming.SOLUTION: A double bearing reel, which draws out a fishing line forward, includes a reel body 1, a spool 12, and a handle 2. The reel body 1 has first and second body parts 1a, 1b whose first side surfaces 1c, 1d are arranged so as to face each other with a predetermined distance. The spool 12 is arranged between the first body part 1a and the second body part 1b. The handle 2 is rotatably mounted to the first body part 1a on a second side surface 1e side facing the first side surface 1c of the first body part 1a. The first body part 1a has a recessed part 1j extending along a first boundary part 1h, which is a boundary part of a mounting side surface 1f and the first side surface 1c.</p> |
