PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact management system which can exhaustively update contacts by using a conventional telephone environment. ! SOLUTION: A contact management system comprises: a list acquisition unit which acquires a list of information in which each piece of identification information is associated with a corresponding contact; a connection unit which, for each piece of identification information included in the list, establishes connection with a terminal corresponding to the contact associated with the identification information; a contact acquisition unit which acquires information of new contact from the terminal when connection with the terminal is established; and an update unit which associates the identification information with the acquired new contact. !
