PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable resin composition capable of providing a cured film which is excellent in adhesiveness, antifouling properties and slipperiness to various base materials, particularly, a glass base material. ! SOLUTION: The active energy ray-curable resin composition contains: an acrylic resin (A); an unsaturated compound (B) containing two or more ethylenically unsaturated groups (except (C) and (E) described below); a phosphate group-containing ethylenically unsaturated compound (C); a silane coupling agent (D); and a polysiloxane structure-containing compound (E). !
