PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic/inorganic hybrid particle which can keep good compression deformation characteristics even when exposed to high temperatures. ! SOLUTION: An organic/inorganic hybrid particle 11 comprises: an organic core 12; and an inorganic shell 13 arranged on the surface of the organic core 12. With the weight of the organic/inorganic hybrid particle 11 at 100°C as 100 wt.%, the organic/inorganic hybrid particle 11 has a weight of 85 wt.% of higher when the temperature is raised at a rate of 10°C/min from 100°C to 300°C and reaches 300°C.
