The method involves utilizing an aircraft (2) that is equipped with a computer unit (1), an energy storage device (7) and an application device e.g. spraying equipment (5), pressurized air cleaner and printhead and stamper. A tank (6) is provided for reproaching a treatment agent e.g. colorant, paint, cleaning fluid, pressurized air, sand and water. The tank is filled with the treatment agent, and a continuous travel of the aircraft is carried out at a location proximity to a treatment surface. The treatment agent is applied to the treatment surface. An independent claim is also included for a device comprising a hover-enabled aircraft.
