The seat has a resilient drive buffer (12) and a resilient brake buffer (13) whose rotation dampers are formed by a driving element, where the drive and brake buffers are circumferentially adjacent to each other in a housing. A rotor (14) is inserted into the housing and rotated with respect to a tiltable wing (15) that is provided with first and second pivotal levers (23, 24). The first pivotal lever is outwardly pivoted against the drive buffer in first twist position. The second pivotal lever is outwardly pivoted against the brake buffer in second twist position.
