The connecting device has a quick lock coupler and a plug nipple (2), which is fixed on or in the toilet brush head (1), where the quick lock coupler is mounted in the interior of the toilet brush handle by gluing, screwing, riveting or welding. A connecting rod is mounted in the connection of the quick lock coupler. A push button is mounted at the upper end of the connecting rod. The toilet brush head with fixed plug nipple is inserted in the quick lock coupler mounted on the toilet brush handle.
