The present invention is to manufacture fresh cheese for manufacturing ice cream and to manufacture ice cream containing the fresh cheese for manufacturing ice cream. According to the present invention, cheese ice cream having a low calorie can be manufactured by lowering calorie of the cheese ice cream by using the fresh cheese for ice cream and skim milk powder without the use of milk fat and milk solids of raw milk.
