A ballast water supply system is disclosed. The ballast water supply system for supplying ballast water by filtering sea water to ballast tanks placed on the side of a ship comprises a first supply line, a discharging line, a filter unit, and a first transfer line. The first supply line supplies sea water from a sea chest to a selected purifying ballast tank among the ballast tanks. One end of the discharging line is connected to the top of the purifying ballast tank, and sea water is discharged from the discharging line. The filter unit is connected to the discharging line and filters the sea water introduced through the discharging line. The first transfer line transfers the filtered sea water from the filter unit to the rest of the ballast tanks in the ship.
