The present invention relates to a method for designing a sub-harmonic mixer through optimal bias selection. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method of designing a drain mixer using transistors. The drain mixer design method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a method for computing a harmonic response based on the drain bias to an input LO signal.
