PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater unit facilitating installation thereof to a steering wheel or the like, and a steering wheel including a heater unit installed therein.SOLUTION: A heater unit 31 is formed from a pair of base materials 10 made of a polymer foam and a cord-shaped heater 1 disposed to be sandwiched between the pair of base materials 10, or is formed from a base materials 10 made of a polymer foam and a cord-shaped heater 1 disposed on the base materials 10. The heater unit 31 has a structure where an outer edge part of the base material 10 is easily stretchable as compared with the central part. In the heater unit 31, the outer edge part of the base material 10 is punched so as to be easily stretched. A steering wheel includes the heater unit, a wheel core material and a covering material. In the steering wheel, the heater unit is installed between the wheel core material and the covering material. |
