PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide application liquid that provides a reflection coating whose color change is suppressed even under long-term severe heat environment, wet heat environment and solar radiation environment, and consequently can maintain a sufficient reflection coefficient.SOLUTION: There is provided the application liquid containing at least a white pigment, a silane compound and a solvent. In the application liquid, a ratio of a bifunctional silane compound in the total amount of the silane compound is 80 mol% or less and a molar ratio of a tetrafunctional silane compound to a trifunctional silane compound is 0 to 3.
