PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy of space encoding by reducing instability of space encoding pattern determination.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional shape measuring apparatus includes: a projection part for respectively projecting a plurality of patterns to an object to be inspected; an imaging part for respectively imaging the object to be inspected to which the plurality of patterns are respectively projected and acquiring a plurality of pattern image data; a determination part for determining brightness of an attention area of specific pattern image data out of the plurality of pattern image data on the basis of brightness of corresponding areas of the other pattern image data; and a calculation part for calculating three-dimensional coordinates of the object to be inspected on the basis of the brightness of the specific pattern image data determined by the determination part and the brightness of the other pattern image data. |
