Disclosed are a flotation type waste plastic crushing, sorting and cleaning system and method. According to a material conveying direction, the system comprises a crusher, a flotation tank, a multifunctional friction separator, a rinse tank, and a dehydrator sequentially connected. The flotation tank and the rinse tank are disposed side by side, a discharging opening of the flotation tank and a feeding opening of the rinse tank are located at the same end of the flotation tank or the rinse tank and are connected with each other by using the multifunctional friction separator. In the method, waste plastic is firstly crushed and then is cleaned and separated by multiple grades. By using the flotation type waste plastic crushing, sorting and cleaning system and method in the present invention, the cleaning effect of the waste plastic can be effectively improved, and the quality of a product can be improved. |
