The present invention relates to a Korean pancake molding device comprising: a casing; a molding unit installed on the top surface of the casing and has horizontal and vertical paths formed therein to move flour dough, wherein an opening and closing valve is installed on the vertical path; a second manifold connected with the horizontal path of the molding unit; a dough container connected and coupled with the vertical path of the molding unit; a first manifold consisting of a horizontal manifold hole connected with the second manifold, a vertical manifold hole, and a discharge hole formed at the bottom thereof; a support installed at the bottom end of the discharge hole to be separated therefrom; a sugar paste container having the bottom end connected with the vertical manifold of the first manifold; a cam means having a cam connected with an operating motor installed in the casing, and a link member connected with the cam; a cylinder member having one end connected with the link member and the other end consisting of a piston disposed in the molding unit; a cutting means connected with the cam means, and installed to be adjacent to the discharge hole of the first manifold; a paste feeding means connected with an agitating motor and installed in the sugar paste container; and a controller controlling the operating motor and agitating motor. When a cylinder is moved backwards, the opening and closing valve of the dough container is opened such that a particular quantity of flour dough is fed in the molding unit maintained in a vacuum state. When the opening and closing valve of the dough container is sealed, the flour dough moved through the advancing of the cylinder fills sugar paste. |
