Disclosed is a downward type ventilation system capable of readily separately discharging oil and smoke from a smoke containing oil generated when food is roasted in a roasting apparatus. For such, provided is a downward type ventilation system of a roasting apparatus capable of separately discharging oil and smoke, the ventilation system comprising: a roasting part wherein food is cooked; a downward type ventilation passage part in which smoke with oil generated in the roast part travels down; and an oil-smoke separating part having a discharging passage formed to be capable of separately discharging oil and smoke in the oil-smoke moved through the downward type ventilation passage part. By using the ventilation system of the present invention, oil stain sticking to a ventilation system can be drastically removed. Therefore, a hygienic cooking environment is capable of being established; and the problem of ventilation efficiency reduction generated in the case of forming an oil stain, dust, etc. inside the discharging part can be mitigated, and the reliability of the ventilation apparatus can also be improved. |
