The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling a wireless LAN communication, a method thereof, and a computer readable recording medium with the method. The present invention provides the apparatus for controlling the wireless local area network communication, the method thereof, and the computer readable recording medium. The apparatus for controlling the wireless LAN communication includes a wireless LAN module for accessing a wireless LAN accessing device, a signal measuring module which stores channel state measurement data by accumulating the channel state measurement result when the wireless LAN module accesses the wireless LAN accessing device until a similarity between the channel state measurement data accumulated for first time and the channel state measurement data accumulated for second time which is shorter than the first time becomes a reference value or more, and a critical value setting module which calculates each similarity of unit channel state measurement data for the channel state measurement data, derives a hit rate of each calculated similarity, and sets the similarity with the highest hit rate as the critical value.
