PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a topic management device capable of calculating a time for each topic even in the situation where the topics do not progress in a designated order when there are a plurality of topics in the case of statements.SOLUTION: A statement received from a speaker is converted into a character string by voice recognition and in the case where a word for each topic stored in topic information storage means is included, it is determined that the statement character string belongs to a corresponding topic. Further, a statement time required for the statement is added to the total amount of time required for statements corresponding to the topic, and the lapse of time for the topic is calculated. |
