PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for the diagnosis and/or prognosis of a septic syndrome.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a method for the diagnosis/prognosis of a septic syndrome based on a biological sample from a patient, characterized in that it comprises the following steps: a. biological material is extracted from the biological sample, b. the biological material is brought into contact with nine specific reagents selected from specific reagents for target genes with a nucleic sequence comprising a specific sequence, c. the expression of nine of the target genes is analyzed, and d. a poor prognosis is determined if the expression of the target genes increases compared with a biological sample from a patient with a good prognosis. |
