PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photospacer which has a small diameter in a horizontal cross section and is excellent in high elastic recovery property, breaking strength and adhesiveness to a substrate.SOLUTION: The photospacer is a columnar photospacer formed of a photosensitive resin composition comprising an alkali-soluble resin and a polyfunctional monomer. A horizontal cross-sectional area A1 of the photospacer in a portion at a distance of (height of the photospacer×1/2) upward from the bottom of the photospacer is equal to or less than a horizontal cross-sectional area A2 of a portion at a distance of (height of the photospacer×1/4) upward from the bottom of the photospacer; and the diameter of the photospacer in the lowermost portion is 8 μm or less. |
