PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal, an information processor, a content display system and a content display method capable of smoothly transferring content being viewed on a portable terminal to the information processor.SOLUTION: A portable terminal 101 includes: reception means for receiving content information; external equipment communication means for performing communication with external information equipment; display means for displaying content information received by the reception means; acquisition means for acquiring identification information identifying the content information displayed by the display means; operation means 102 for accepting an operation instruction from a user; and control means for performing control such that when the transmission instruction of the identification information is accepted by the operation means 102 during the display of the content information, the identification information acquired by the acquisition means is transmitted to the external information equipment and the display of the content information by the display means is ended.
