A biofeedback device is configured to be worn by a user. The biofeedback device includes one or more sensors and may include a transmitter. A physiological parameter of the user is measured with the sensor to obtain a measurement. The measurement is transmitted to a receiver. A receiver is configured to receive the measurement from the sensor. A plurality of ranges for the physiological parameter are defined based on a characteristic of the user. The biofeedback device includes a processor coupled to the sensor. The processor compares the measurement to the plurality of ranges. A display is coupled to the processor. The display is activated based on the measurement and the data ranges. The display provides a first output according to a first range of the plurality of ranges corresponding to the measurement. A first color is displayed based on a first range corresponding to the measurement.

1. A method of providing biofeedback, comprising:
providing a sensor; measuring with the sensor a physiological parameter of a user to obtain a measurement; receiving the measurement from the sensor; defining a plurality of ranges for the physiological parameter; comparing the measurement to the plurality of ranges; and displaying a first color based on a first range of the plurality of ranges corresponding to the measurement.
