The objective of the present invention is to provide a storage container having shelf members for which a heat storage material is optimally arranged. This storage container, which preserves objects at a prescribed temperature, is characterized by having: storage compartments that store objects; and shelf members that are equipped with a level part, which is arranged inside a storage compartment and on which the object is placed, and a heat storage material, which is arranged distributed with respect to the level parts on the basis of the temperature distribution near the level parts in the storage compartments during normal operation. The heat storage material is arranged biased toward the level part on the relatively low-temperature side of the temperature distribution within the storage compartment. |
