An organic light emitting device with high efficiency and long service life is disclosed. The organic light emitting device comprises a substrate including a first sub-pixel, a second sub-pixel, and a third sub-pixel; a plurality of first electrodes; a second electrode; a light emitting layer including a first light emitting layer, a second light emitting layer, and a third light emitting layer; a hole transport layer; an electron transport layer; and an efficiency improvement layer. The organic light emitting device can have high efficiency and long service life.
