The present invention relates to a liquid-holding container, and more particularly to one comprising: a container (100) for holding a liquid, consisting of an upwardly-opening bottom-layer part (120) formed so as to have an empty space on the inside thereof, and an open topped and bottomed top-layer part formed extending upwards from the bottom-layer part (120) and formed so as to have an empty space on the inside thereof; and a top-bottom separating plate (200) movably mounted by insertion into a boundary part (130) formed at the bottom-layer part (120) and the top-layer part of the container (100), such that an air-blocking layer (B) is formed in the bottom-layer part (120); and the present invention is advantageous in that, by imparting a reducing function whereby normal water is reduced to alkaline reduced water by means of a chemical reaction using a reducing agent (R), the invention allows the user to easily and straightforwardly drink drinking water which is beneficial to the human body and, at the same time, the air-blocking layer and the water held in the container ensure that it is possible to improve the length of time over which the reducing agent is used by preventing the reducing agent from becoming oxidised by being directly exposed to air, and it is possible to selectively move and split up or combine liquids of different types. |
