A touch display apparatus comprises a plurality of first sub-pixels, a plurality of second sub-pixels, a first axial electrode, a second axial electrode and an insulating layer. Each first sub-pixel is arranged adjacent to a second sub-pixel. The first axial electrode extends along a first direction, and the second axial electrode extends along a second direction. The second axial electrode comprises a plurality of second conductive units, and at least one transparent conductive element for electrically connecting two adjacent second axial conductive elements. In a vertical projection direction, the transparent conductive element at least partially overlaps a first sub-pixel and a second sub-pixel that are adjacent to each other. The insulating layer is arranged between the transparent conductive element and the first axial electrode, and electrically insulates the transparent conductive element from the first axial electrode. |
