PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a surface treatment material excellent in adhesion and durability.SOLUTION: A surface treatment material includes a powder composition containing cement and a liquid composition containing a synthetic resin emulsion. The powder composition contains 50 wt.% or more of the cement. The synthetic resin emulsion in the liquid composition comprises a cationic group and/or nitrile group-containing synthetic resin emulsion (x) having an average particle diameter of 0.5 μm or less and a synthetic resin emulsion (y) having an average particle diameter larger than the synthetic resin emulsion (x). The cement and the synthetic resin emulsion is mixed so that the weight ratio of the solid content is 100:1-50. |
