PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply oxidant gas to a fuel cell while following up the supply delay of fuel gas due to an ejector, when there is an output request for the fuel cell.SOLUTION: A fuel cell system includes a fuel cell 1 for generating power by receiving hydrogen gas and air supply, a hydrogen supply passage 2 for supplying hydrogen gas to the fuel cell 1, a hydrogen circulation passage 3 for circulating the hydrogen off gas derived from the fuel cell 1 to the hydrogen supply passage 2, an ejector 4 provided between the hydrogen supply passage 2 and the hydrogen circulation passage 3, an air supply passage 11 for supplying air to the fuel cell 1, an air pump 13 for adjusting the amount of air supply to the fuel cell 1, and a controller 20 for controlling the air pump 13. When the amount of hydrogen gas actually supplied to the fuel cell 1 is smaller than a predetermined amount, the controller 20 controls the air pump 13 to reduce the amount of air supply lower than a predetermined amount. |
