PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of an elastic member arranged between a cylinder part of an outer hub and a cylinder part of an inner hub.SOLUTION: Plural outer hub outer peripheral protrusion parts 411 projecting on an outer peripheral side are provided on an outer hub cylinder part 41 in a circumferential direction, and portions 42a of the outer hub 4 coupled to an armature 3 are provided between the adjacent outer hub outer peripheral protrusion parts 411. Thereby, a physique of an elastic member 7 gets larger than conventional, and stress of the elastic member 7 generated together with elastic deformation during absorbing torque variation gets small, so as to improve durability of the elastic member 7. |
