<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer method capable of transferring a pattern printed on a transfer film and a function film clearly on a surface of a workpiece to be transferred, and peeling the transfer film from the surface of the workpiece to be transferred smoothly.SOLUTION: A transfer method comprises: a transfer film contacting step; a transferring step; and a peeling step. In the transfer film contacting step, after performing vacuum drawing of processing chambers 20, 30 of a pair of chambers 2, 3 partitioned by a transfer film F at the same time, vacuum drawing of the processing chamber 30 of the other chamber 3 is stopped, and vacuum drawing of the processing chamber 20 of one chamber 2 is continued, and then the other processing chamber 30 is subjected to vacuum break, for contacting the transfer film on a surface Wa of the workpiece W to be transferred. In the transferring step, heated air is pressurized and supplied to the transfer film contacting to the surface of the workpiece to be transferred, and an ink agent providing a pattern of the transfer film and a function film is transited and transferred to the surface of the workpiece to be transferred. In the peeling step, one chamber 20 is subjected to vacuum break, and the transfer film contacting to the surface of the workpiece to be transferred is peeled from the surface.</p> |
