A pixel circuit of an organic light emitting display device, comprising: a storage capacitor comprising a first electrode and a second electrode; a switching transistor comprising a gate terminal coupled to a scan line, a first terminal coupled to a data line, and a second terminal coupled to the first electrode of the storage capacitor; an emission control transistor comprising a gate terminal coupled to an emission control line, a first terminal coupled to a first power supply voltage, and a second terminal; a driving transistor comprising a gate terminal coupled to the first electrode of the storage capacitor, a first terminal coupled to the second terminal of the emission control transistor, and a second terminal; and an organic light emitting diode comprising an anode electrode coupled to the second terminal of the driving transistor, and a cathode electrode coupled to a second power supply voltage, wherein the emission control line is coupled to the gate terminal of the emission control transistor and is coupled to the second electrode of the storage capacitor, and wherein a panel distribution compensating voltage is configured to be applied to the second electrode of the storage capacitor through the emission control line.
