Provided is a method for producing an electricity storage device, which enables not only an electrode plate but also a whole electricity storage device having an electrode structure to be produced easily and efficiently in a short period of time. A method for producing an electricity storage device having an electrode structure that is obtained by winding up a long positive electrode sheet and a long negative electrode sheet with a separator sheet being interposed therebetween. This method for producing an electricity storage device comprises: a step A wherein the positive electrode sheet, the negative electrode sheet and a pair of separator sheets are wound up by means of a winding roll so that the positive electrode sheet and the negative electrode sheet are alternately arranged with the separator sheets being interposed therebetween; and a step B wherein a power supply is provided so that the positive electrode of the power supply is connected to a lithium electrode and the negative electrode of the power supply is electrically connected to the negative electrode sheet, thereby doping the negative electrode sheet with lithium ions. The step A and the step B are carried out at the same time in a tank that is filled with an electrolyte solution. |
