<p>Disclosed are a short message service center and a method for resending a short message, which comprises: after a short message service center fails to deliver a message, determining a retry scheme corresponding to a type of the message; in the retry scheme, according to the time that the short message service center is located, determining a corresponding retry mode; according to a reason why the message fails to be delivered, selecting a retry rule in the retry mode; according to the retry rule, putting the message into a retry queue, and delivering the message. The present invention performs time sharing control on message resending, adopts different retry rules in different time segments according to different messages, properly allocates system resource usage, solves a problem of fixed occupation of resources in a traditional retry mode, and can greatly improve a system service processing capability without system expansion, while giving consideration to requirements in two aspects of user satisfaction and system processing.</p> |
