The present invention relates to a device and a method for biomass waste pyrolysis and synthesis gas reforming, and an object thereof is to significantly improve biomass waste pyrolysis gas production efficiency by realizing a structure in which a secondary stirring device (62) is connected to a primary stirring device (8) so that biomass waste used in the primary stirring device (8) can be reused in the secondary stirring device (62). The present invention includes a boiler (2); the primary stirring device (8) that is connected to the boiler (2) and performs pyrolysis and gasification on the biomass waste with a high-temperature heat medium; a pyrolysis gas storage tank (24) that is connected to the primary stirring device (8); a reformer (26) that is connected to the pyrolysis gas storage tank (24) via a pipe (18) and turns pyrolysis gas into synthesis gas (CO+H2) by allowing an oxidation reaction and a reduction reaction to occur inside; a synthesis gas storage tank (28) that is connected to the reformer (26); a vacuum pump (30) that is connected to the pyrolysis gas storage tank (24) and the synthesis gas storage tank (28) and provides a vacuum absorption force; and a coolant supply unit (58) that is connected to the primary stirring device (8) and the reformer (26) via a coolant line (56). |
