PURPOSE: A battery sealing device is provided to be able to facilitate the battery electrode management by automatically investigating the electrode state of the electrolyte rechargeable lead storage battery and indicating the state. CONSTITUTION: A battery sealing device comprises an electrolyte detection sensor (101) detecting the electrolyte conductivity and the amount of electrolyte; a control unit (105) generating a control signal for visualizing the state of the battery by determining the conductivity of the electrolyte and the residual amount of the electrolyte with receiving the detection signal output from the electrolyte detection sensor; and a state indicator (103) visually displaying the battery state according to a visual control signal generated from the control unit. The battery sealing device further comprises a power supply unit (104) supplying the driving power to the control unit.
