PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new iridium complex which has an emission wavelength suited for an organic light-emitting element and high luminous efficiency, and has high handleability, and to provide the organic light-emitting element which has the iridium complex.SOLUTION: A new iridium complex being an iridium complex having three ligands among which two are ligands having phenylnaphtho[2,1-f]isoquinoline as skeletons is provided. In formula [1], Ir is iridium, L and L' represent mutually different bidentate ligands, at least one of L and L' has an alkyl group, m is 2, and n is 1. |
