<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet head and a liquid jet device having an actuator device capable of reducing cost without deteriorating a displacement characteristic, and the actuator device.SOLUTION: A liquid jet head includes: a pressure generation chamber communicating with a nozzle opening for jetting liquid; and a piezoelectric device 300 for causing pressure change to the pressure generation chamber. The piezoelectric device includes: a first electrode 60; a piezoelectric layer 70 formed on the first electrode; and a second electrode 80 formed on an opposite side to the first electrode of the piezoelectric layer. The first electrode includes a conductive oxide layer 62 and a chromium layer 61 containing chromium as a main component that are laminated in this order from the piezoelectric layer. A liquid jet device includes the liquid jet head.</p> |
