<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety switch device which can improve the safety of a computer.SOLUTION: A safety switch device is used for controlling a power-on operation of an electronic product, and includes a locking device and a power switch installed in a case of the electronic product. The locking device includes a lock core and first lock pin and a second lock pin controlled by the lock core. The power switch includes a first elastic sheet connected to the first lock pin, and a second elastic sheet connected to a power source pin of a mother board of the electronic product. The second lock pin is connected to a ground pin of the mother board. A key is inserted into the locking device and then turned to bring the first and second lock pins into contact with each other, whereby the power switch is closed. The power source pin receives a power-on signal or a power-off signal to place the electronic product in a power-on state or in a power-off state.</p> |
