<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accelerator device that can regulate a rotating angle of a pedal at a normal rotating angle when an accelerator is fully opened.SOLUTION: An arm connection part 34 of a rotating body 38 fixed to an outer wall of a shaft includes a weld line 343 formed at a position where molten resin joins when the rotating body 38 is molded by injection molding of the molten resin. The arm connection part 34 further includes a fully opening stopper surface 35 that abuts on a regulation surface 19 of a support member 10 when an accelerator is fully opened. The fully opening stopper surface 35 is installed at a position other than that of a weld line part 340 in which the weld line 343 is formed. When the accelerator is fully opened, rotating torque T1 of a pedal arm 26 and reaction force T2 are applied to the fully opening stopper surface 35. Since installed at the position other than that of the weld line part 340 having relatively weak strength, the fully opening stopper surface 35 can resist to the forces. Thus damage of the rotating body can be prevented when the accelerator is fully opened.</p> |
