<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink suction device of a recording apparatus that is inexpensive and easily controlled.SOLUTION: A pump and a cutoff valve of suction means are driven by the same drive source, and switching between cutoff and communication of the cutoff valve is performed by drive in one direction of the drive source, and negative pressure generating operation by the pump is performed by the drive in an opposite direction of the one direction of the drive source. In a drive connection part between the pump and the drive source, drive delay means is provided that does not transmit the drive during a certain amount of drive of the drive source.</p> |
