<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional water production apparatus which is easily downsized.SOLUTION: The functional water production apparatus includes a first electrode 2, a second electrode 4, and an ion exchange resin 3 arranged between the first electrode and the second electrode. The first electrode and the second electrode directly or indirectly come in contact with the ion exchange resin. At least one of the first electrode and the second electrode is an electrode capable of adsorbing and desorbing ions, and includes a voltage application section 6 which applies a voltage to the first electrode and the second electrode. The voltage application section can apply a positive voltage to the first electrode, and can apply a negative voltage to the first electrode.</p> |
