An information conversion device (10) treats a position vector of a particle present on a unit sphere in a multi-dimensional space as a normal vector of a hyperplane that divides a feature value vector space. Furthermore, the information conversion device (10) moves the positions of multiple particles on the unit sphere according to the value of a probability density function, said function serving as a prescribed evaluation function for evaluating hyperplanes and representing the probability of a particle being present on a unit sphere. Moreover, the information conversion device (10) deems the position vector of each particle that has been moved as a normal vector of a hyperplane, and converts a feature value vector to a binary string.
