The present invention relates to a crane and a tractor used in the container base or container terminal of a port, and more specifically provides a charging system wherein a crane is provided with an electricity-supplying device able to supply power in a contactless fashion and a tractor is provided with a current-collection device able to receive a supply of power from the electricity-supplying device, thereby making it possible for the tractor to receive a supply of power from an electricity-supplying unit provided on the crane and thus to recharge with the power needed for tractor movement while same is performing loading and unloading work underneath the crane.
