An image capture system according to an embodiment comprises: a polarized illumination which outputs light which is polarized in a first polarization axis direction; an image capture unit (IP) which acquires first image information having information of light of a first wavelength band, second image information having information of light of a second wavelength band, third image information having information of light of a third wavelength band which is polarized in the first polarization axis direction, and fourth image information having information of light of the third wavelength band which is polarized in a second polarization axis direction which differs from the first polarization axis direction; and a computation processing unit (PR1) which generates a color image (S305) by an image process based on the first through the fourth image information.
