摘要 The present invention relates to a dual servo press with planetary gears and, more specifically, to a dual servo press with planetary gears using servo motors as a driving source connecting the servo motors in series, increasing a deceleration ratio by the planetary gears, and enabling a user to arbitrarily control a slide speed. The dual servo press with the planetary gears includes: a gear unit having the servo motors on the lateral side of a frame, the planetary gears joined to the servo motors and rotating, and a clutch and brake controlling the power; and a driving unit having a crank shaft joined to a central shaft of a main gear of the gear unit. A crank shaft supporter is joined to the surface of the crank shaft. A connecting rod is formed on the crank shaft. A plunger vertically moving is formed on the connecting rod. A slide is fixated to the plunger. An adjust-screw is fixated to the slide, and a pressing plate is formed on the lower part of the adjust-screw. Therefore, the slide is vertically moved with the plunger by the connecting rod. The driving unit includes a linear motor formed on the lateral side of the slide. Therefore, the dual servo press with the planetary gears increases the deceleration ratio by including the planetary gears receiving power from the servo motors and vertically moving the driving unit; reduces the production costs by simplifying the structure; and can accurately manufacture a mold by including linear sensors. The left and right linear sensors can be independently controlled when an eccentric load is generated and automatically compensate the tilted slide.
