PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutoff valve capable of further reducing dimensions of a rotational shaft in a shaft center direction.SOLUTION: A cutoff valve includes: an attachment plate 40 including a penetration port 41; a rotational shaft 50 inserted into the penetration port; and a bulkhead body 70 connected to the attachment plate while separating a rotor 55 from a stator 60. The bulkhead body includes a bottomed cylindrical portion 71 accommodating therein the rotor, and a collar portion 72 extending from an opening portion of the bottomed cylindrical portion 71 in a larger diameter direction. The attachment plate includes a flat plate portion 42 extending from the penetration port in the larger diameter direction and facing the collar portion. A groove 45 on a surface of which facing the collar portion is depressed to an inside of a fluid chamber is formed around the penetration port. A seal member 46 provided in this groove is held between the flat plate portion and the collar portion while being compressed in direction of a shaft center 50a of the rotational shaft. |
